Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order payment. Monday-Friday.
  •  Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (unless stated). Fast shipping, usually 4-5 days in-transit. 
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email entered during checkout.

Returns/Replacements:

We are happy to help! Sometimes things happen!

Here’s the short answer: If you receive a broken item, we’ll replace it. If something is missing from your order we’ll replace it. If you receive an incorrect item, we’ll replace it. And if a Slab Team product is defective and you report that defect in the first 10 days of owning it, we'll either replace it or settle the issue with store credit.   • If any item(s) arrive broken/damaged or you receive the wrong item you must contact us within 72 hours to get a replacement item. Please retain the packing materials as you may be asked to send them back or provide pictures.
  • Returns can only be made for new/unused merchandise within 7 days.
  • Eligible returns will be charged a 18% restocking fee.
